Appointment Policies.
A credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment. This card is only used to hold your appointment or can be used when checking out for your service. However, Skin Therapy by. Erica K. requires 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Late cancellations/reschedules/no-show may result in a cancellation fee of $25 I understand emergencies exist and there are exceptions to this policy up to my discretion. Multiple last minute cancellations may result in being required to pre-payment for future services booked. If you arrive late to your appointment your service may need to be rescheduled. This allows me to service each client properly and respect each other’s time. As your esthetician, I also will provide you with a $25 credit towards your appointment in the event that I have to reschedule your appointment because of my own illness or emergency.
